Changes from release 2.0.7 to 2.0.8:

1. Added a new script, showcals.page.php, which, when invoked with a userid= argument, will do one of three things:  is the user has no calendar, take them to the makeappt page with an error message;  If the user has one calendar, take them to that calendar;  if the user has more than one calendar, take them to makeappt and show them the available calendars.
